Job Description
Fundraising Support:
-
Planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, donation raising and initiatives.

Prepare fundraising materials, including letters, emails, and promotional materials.

Coordinate and track fundraising appeals, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
Donor Relations:
-
Cultivate and maintain relationships with individual donors, sponsors, and grantors.

Respond to donor inquiries and provide excellent donor stewardship.
Event Coordination:
-
Organize and coordinate fundraising events, such as galas, charity auctions, and donor receptions.

Assist with logistics, including venue selection, catering, invitations, and event setup.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, business, communications, or marketing).

Previous experience in fundraising, donor relations, or nonprofit work is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in using fundraising software, databases, and Microsoft Office tools.

Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
